Thinking About Volunteering?
Everyone knows that volunteering is a great way to help others but have you ever thought about how volunteering can benefit you?
-Challenge yourself
Volunteering as an assistant coach for a Springfit Club can expose you to new challenges, allowing you to discover new strengths in your personal abilities.
-Make new friends
At Springfit, coaches aren’t just colleagues, we’re friends! After joining our team you will be be faced with around 60 lovely individuals who will welcome you with opening arms into our community.
-Build confidence and self-esteem
Volunteering can greatly help in improving confidence levels. As you experience how your time and dedication can help other people you will realise that you are partially responsible for their happiness and personal success.
-Improve your CV/University application
Volunteering with Springfit Academy can really make you stand out in job or university applications. Showing your kindness and dedication to helping others could give you the edge on getting that dream job or dream university place.
-Have fun!
I Shouldn’t have to remind you of this one but above all gymnastics and trampolining are great fun! You’ll enjoy yourself just as much (if not more) than the kids do!
